Discipline

We all have different shades of ourselves,sometimes we are extremly happy,sometimes sad,sometimes confused.
One minute we could be ready to do what it takes to achieve our dreams,to push forward and indulge in hard works and the other minute we wonder why we do too much,our minds gets tired and our body follows. This is where discipline comes in, I've severally had the thought of quiting situations and other times I've thrived eg: notice i don't post much on steemit anymore,first it started with my reducing my pace,the amount of work,energy and effort I put into it because it wasn't rewarding and i said to myself since it isn't even rewarding then why don't i just put the same effort as the reward i get and instead of doing too much for nothing and when i started doing that I noticed i lose the stigma to continue posting. Now we must learn to love ourselves because self-love is selfdiscipline, you should be able to discipline yourself because you love yourself eg: you want to diet seriously but you also want to dive into some serious fatty meal,you should be able to control,to behave yourself and tell yourself I know you want this but i can't let you have it because you're on diet and this will not be good for you,its wanting to do something that your body wants but you know its wrong and telling yourself not to do it,no matter how hard it is,it is wanting to go out with your friends on saturday night when you have an exam on monday and telling yourself i love you too much to let you do that,you could loose your future by that,it is teling yourself i love you too much to let you ruin yourself. Belive me once you learn to discipline yourself,you tend to get a better future.

Self discipline is important but sometimes we lose that drive, we just need to always find that reason why quitting should not be an option...
