You are right @moeostar. In arts this better/worst duality doesn't apply in anycase. I also love jazz, and sadly is in jazz improvisation learning process where you can see more often this misconception. It is impossible to say that one solo is better than the other, no. Everyone is a speech, a tale, a new way of seen things, and every person have his own way of saying things (yes, there are rules, like in spoken/writen language) but the magic occurs when your are trying to transmite something, and in the process you break some of the rules.
