Doing Hard Things We've all heard that; yet... (Daily Motivation!)

Hard things, life is hard, people are hard to deal with, your problems are hard. You think you whole life is hard. Yet what do you do to fix that. You stuff your face with sugar to deal with the pain, you try forget that you need to get in shape and say you'll do it another day.

You say "doing hard things is too hard for me." "I'm not built for all this stress, or that I can't do it." Well Humans survived in the artic; like Eskimos all they did was adapt. Sounds easy but again hard to do. But Humans are made for adapting and changing! Us Humans, can be in stressful situations and survive. The problem is we don't even try.

We say "well I'll figoure out how to start my buisness tomarrow," or "I'll try and quit achohal, after one more drink."

No you can do hard things! Everybody is born with so many ablities, use them, don't let them go to waste! Everyday work on one thing that will slowly but surely help you with those hard things.

Don't just do it for one day. Stay consistant! Keep fighting, and if you slip up don't give up!

YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY DO HARD THINGS! The only person stoping you from who you want to become is YOU!! No one else can stop you! Persitance is key.

Try and face one hard thing at a time, and feel proud that you can make it through hard things. You can make it and you will totally survive!
