Beating my inner bitch and becoming the better me - Day 1

This day I realized how important it is to get enough sleep to get yourself motivated enough. I was anxious the whole night thinking alot of thoughts and couldn't really fall asleep, probably was anxious if I will keep up this mission I had set myself on. Started off the day with a video about comfort zone

because I feel like this is a huge factor in the journey I have set myself on. After that I started some home workout and made myself a meal from FitLap a website I can track the meals I should be eating. Then got a message from a fellow livestreamer
, with who we drove around Tallinn to talk with his livestream and chill around, after that he dropped me off again and I finished the day off with a workout and my last meal.

Happy about this day, didn't get to finish some "tasks" I had set myself for this day, but had fun and hit my main priorities.
