Last night we decided to go for a long walk by the beach with my Hubby James (JIA WU in Chinese) so I could digest the lovely salmon I ate at the pub just a few doors down from where we live in Sunny Limassol. The night was hot and sticky and lovely! All those things combined PLUS!!
Watching Lovers strolling together hand in hand, happy Children playing with their Parents and Loved ones and listening to the gushing of the waves, wildly crashing against the shore, doing their thing just made our hearts smile.
It's always a good thing to enjoy the simple things in life as they make our lives really worth living and ultra special. Taking time out to disconnect from the Internet and all associated peripherals is a MUST for all the Wired up folks like us and future Generations..
Let the Universe embrace you and receive this life force with grace. There is nothing like an upgrade of the old electro magnetic field and a good tweak of the rusty mindset. It's time to re align ourselves and always be in touch with our true nature and our much better selves. Stop what you are doing and take your loved ones by the hand. or even your four legged friends and go have yourselves a stroll... It works wonders and apart from clearing the mind it revitalizes you and you will have bags of energy!!!
