So the 250 SX West guys get a well deserved break from the Monster Energy Supercross season while the 250 SX East crew duke it out on the track. This means most teams find some time to do some outdoor testing to start working out bike settings and tactics as the break between the Supercross and Motocross seasons is not big.
Following on from his 'daily life of a racer' series we once again follow Adam through some of his daily routine. This time we get to see him lay it down on a full outdoor track, he even gets to take on the legend that is Ryan Villopoto!
As always there is some banter and rivalry between himself and Nik Wey which is always entertaining haha. Grab a coffee and enjoy a great brapping start to Saturday steemers and as always a great warm up for some epic Supercross later on! :)
