This is a bird called Alpine chough. They are common in the mountains of Slovenia, Italy and Austria. I took this photography bellow the summit of Mt. Grintovec (2558 meters) in Kamnik-Savinja Alps in Slovenia.
They are really used to humans being around them and you can also feed them from your hands.
You will see plenty of them if you ever visit these parts.
