First Name, Mister. Last Name, Glass.

So about two years ago, @princessmewmew and myself decided to go spoil ourselves with some dinner and a movie.

We ended up watching M. Night Shyamalan's Split staring that very cool Scotsman James McAvoy, and I have always really liked both their films. It was a great suspense film about this kidnapper who has 24 split personalities, but right at the very end, there was a weird scene, the events of of what had just happened was on being broadcast on the news, which was playing on a television in a diner, the camera slowly pan to a guy sitting watching the TV, and it Bruce Willis. When the news finally concludes, he gets up walks out and puts on a very familiar rain coat, and the movies ends.

That one minute scene basically then link the movie split to a film Shyamalan directed sixteen years ago, called Unbreakable, with Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson about these two random people who has super human powers, one good and the other bad. Now M. Night Shyamalan has a thing for always having a epic plot twist, but that was pretty well done if I say so myself. This film Glass is the continuation of those two stories.

"Your bones don't break, mine do. That's clear. Your cells react to bacteria and viruses differently than mine. You don't get sick, I do. That's also clear. But for some reason, you and I react the exact same way to water. We swallow it too fast, we choke. We get some in our lungs, we drown. However unreal it may seem, we are connected, you and I. We're on the same curve, just on opposite ends." - Elijah Price

Glass gets an anticipated rating of 8.5/10

I'm have always been a big fan of the way M. Night Shyamalan tells his stories, and love the idea of these three stories meeting after all this time.

Dope review my guy :)

Mork! Great review of this trailer. I am super excited to see this movie. I loved Unbreakable, and had no idea Split was related, until the end. Mind blown! lol Split was also a great film.

Eh, I dunno. Split and the visit weren't all that great. This may not be the redeeming movie. I would rather see him do something new and fresh than revive those old characters...
