The film tells the story of Mr Bean's adventure played by Rowan Atkison, to reach the coast of Cannes in France. The story begins from Mr. Bean gets a raffle prize going to Cannes beach, Sony video camera and 2000 Euro. On the way, he always carries a video camera to capture every event.
The conflict occurred, thanks to Mr Bean asking a man named Emil Dachevsky a director from Russia. played by Karel Roden to record it near the train. Emil to France in order to attend the Cannes film festival. But the director left behind at the station and left his son, Stepan, played by Max Baldry in the same train car as Mr Bean.
Begin Mr Bean's journey to Cannes beach with Stepan. Stepan had to find his father. Mr Bean's bag was left behind in the carriage as he approached Stepan outside the train. They had to find the last digit of the phone number Emil notified. They do not even have the money to call all of those last digit possibilities.
They begged at the station to call and imitate singers with music to buy food. While carrying food, they took a bus to Cannes beach, but the ticket brought by Mr. Bean was carried by the wind until it stuck to the chicken legs. No other choice, Mr Bean had to hunt down the chicken to the countryside and leave Stepan.
Me Bean decided to go on, until he fainted and woke up at the filming site. Without knowing it was acting, Mr Bean just ruined the shooting. Director Carson Clay, played by Willem Dafoe, Mr Bean was told to change clothes and quickly follow the next scene. However, eventually Mr. Bean was fired. Here, Mr Bean knew Sabine, played by Emma de Cannes. They went to Cannes in the exact car belonging to Mr Bean. Sabine invites her to stop to the toilet. Unexpectedly, in this place Mr Bean just find Stepan with punk music group. Finally, the three of them went together to Cannes. Sabine to Cannes aims to attend film festivals. Sabine was shocked to learn that Mr Bean was a fugitive, thought to kidnap Stepan, son of Emil, the Russian director.
Arriving at the venue of the festival, Mr Bean and Stepan can not enter because they do not have ID cards. No lack of sense, Mr Bean disguises as grandma with a shirt in Sabine and Stepan's car as his grandson. Initially they can easily escape from security, but eventually they get caught. Stepan escaped and went into a room. While Mr. Bean fled to the scene of the movie and met with Emil. He tried to tell her whereabouts, but he did not understand what Mr. Bean was talking about.
Flashback movie, screened in Cannes festival directed by Carson Clay, looks boring. Many audiences are sleepy, some even fall asleep. Somehow, Flashback suddenly replaced Mr. Bean's recording. And at the end Stepan meets his father, at the festival.
Unexpectedly, the film ended with a lot of praise for the recording made Mr Bean. Everyone goes to the beach of Cannes, singing together and recording Mr Bean is considered very good, even all the penototons imitate Mr. Bean's recording style.

Mr Bean's Holiday is an entertaining movie. A lot of funny things happen here. Once watching this movie, definitely want to watch until the end. The movie is not boring, even I have watched this movie over and over again.
