It’s been heard for a while that director Bryan Singer is currently filming Freddie Mercury’s Biopic, starring Rami Malek as Freddie, which will come to cinemas in December 2018. Today I’m talking about the main event in the movie: The Live Aid concert held in 1985.
The movie plot is very simple: It’s a chronicle of the years leading up to Queen’s legendary appearance at the Live Aid concert in 1985.
For the ones who don’t know what Live Aid was, I’m telling you its story:
Live Aid was a dual-benefit concert which was held in 1985 in 2 countries, USA in JFK Stadium in Philadelphia, and Wembley Stadium in London, England. The reason why this concert was held was to help raise funds for the Ethiopian famine which happened in that year.
Live Aid was a very important concert for Queen, the 1st reason for its importance is because they were rumors that the band was separating, but after appearing during the concert those rumors vanished, The 2nd and most important reason is because Queen stole the show that afternoon, they were the best band in the concert, without a doubt, even the news admitted that Queen stole the show.
Like a week ago some pictures were released in which we can see the actors playing their roles in the movie, the first scene they recorded was Live Aid, here are pictures and videos of them:

The picture above was the first close one showing Rami Malek looking pretty much like Freddie, I think they did a good job.
