All the ingredients were in their prime. The puffball was extra good i rarely find them in this firm stage. The big ones get too foamy as a texture and fall apart easily.
Our raincoat mushroom (puffball) has the size of a ping-pong ball. Usually we don’t take them for food. Once I tried young balls. It was delicious, but it didn't really inspire me :-)
