in #music6 years ago

Good day to everyone! Today I'm going to share with you the classic bands I grew up with. It's my lullaby, a mood booster, and my background music when studying. Hope you like it.

In the 1970s, for every swaggering rock band churning out loud and dirty hits, there was a soft rock band keeping the decade mellow. A soft rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band consisted of David Gates, Jimmy Griffin and Robb Royer. On their first album session musician, Jim Gordon. Later on, Mike Botts became their drummer and Larry Knechtel replaced Royer. The band broke up in 1973, briefly re-forming three years later to record Lost Without Your Love. A protracted legal battle between Gates and Griffin, co-owners of the Bread name, was waged over its use on a Griffin-less tour.
