Shows promise but there are a few issues. Mainly I can't get any sounds to play at the moment.
Also, even if you disable downloads, anybody can still download the file by clicking 'Listen from source (IPFS)' in the steemit post

What is your setup? Browser, computer platform and os, etc... Because it is working in many platforms, so maybe it is a problem with your setup. Relating to the download, as I say in the document, on the internet if you can stream/play it you can download it. We download anything from SoundCloud, Spotify, Youtube, or any other platform with download activated or not. So it doesn't matter, you should only publish things that are ok if downloaded! If it is not ok, then don't publish them... :)
