今週のおすすめはこちらのミックス。
全編でひとつの氷の結晶、彫刻のような物質感の強いかたまり、といった趣があり、そのサウンドは他が越えていない壁のひとつ向こう側で鳴っているかのようで、垢抜けて貫通しています。そしてそこに表出する美しさ、恍惚感は圧倒的です。
聴くだけですごく良いインスピレーション、エネルギーになります。

Clarkはイギリス人のミュージシャンです。
多作家であり、その音圧の高低の激しさ、ハッとするような美しいメロディ、自然に織り交ぜられた複雑なビート、などが彼の音楽のおもな特徴。
とか言いつつ、そんな言葉も蹴散らすエネルギーの怒涛のみなぎりようが彼の音楽の何よりの魅力であり、年を追うごとに進化して、こちらの想像を超えた何かを見せてくれる感じがあるのが頼もしいところです。
今回のミックスは、彼の最新アルバム『Death Peak』の雰囲気が強く出ているところもあるので、気に入った方はアルバムのほうもチェックしてみるといいと思います。
