This is George Frederic Handel
a baroque composer and musician who wrote the famous "Hallelujah Chorus"
Although Handel has tons of choral compositions written for sacred audiences in church, he has secular compositions as well for entertaining public audiences with.
A classic example is "The Harmonious Blacksmith"
. Others include water music, music for the royal fireworks, etc.
