One of the best things I ever did was to start a local pub jam session. So much music has come out of that and I made a lot of friends. Playing an instrument can open doors.

I am so glad you set up the Arlesey Jammers -- it changed my life, for sure!
I think it made a difference for a lot of people. It just needs someone to create the spark...
