Hey Hivers!
We have just returned home to Berlin after a long weekend excursion to Hungary and Austria that brought us back to Veszprem for the first time since 2018. Often times when one thinks of Hungary, it is Budapest that comes to mind, the Bohemian paradise filled with trendy shops, restaurants and ruin pubs. But it if is natural beauty that you seek, you must make your way south to lake Balaton, one of the largest natural lakes on the European continent.
On a cold, cloudy Friday afternoon, we made our way to Tihany to take in the fresh air and film a little video. With two friends as our guides, we walked down to the small harbor and set up on the docks. With cold hands and limited sunlight we imagined traveling by ship to a place with brighter skies and warmer weather! The melody of this piece is likely to feature on the album that we will produce next year and is tentatively called "Sands of Time".
