Elder-Son of Montauk Music VS Pandora Radio

So I have two tracks on Pandora under "Elder-Son" This is the first time they uploaded a track without my having to push it to them. When I was "Orbit Drop" (And using this for "Give it Back") used the same email to submit songs as I did to pay for their radio monthly. Pandora pushed all of those ugly tunes right on, no problem. When I started pushing tunes like "Elder-Son: Stay Steady Mackin'" They shut it down. Go look up that one right now and see if it should be shut down anywhere. People love that tune. Anyways had a big email fight about it because I uploaded that tune under a new email (not paying for services). This was Pandora's response:

  Thanks for following up. When you submit your work, you have the option of submitting an album, EP or single. The song you choose for your sample song is our gauge for approval of your release as a whole.
  
  In the event that we pass on a submission, you can always send us other music from a different release. However, you may not resubmit a previously not approved album or eP with a different sample song.
  
  We take each submission on a case by case basis, and once a decision has been made regarding a release, we do not revisit or review it again.

- They lied to me after I pointed out the dirty game. This is wrong. We shouldn't have to pay to get paid. Come on Pandora, if you reward your artists first then we may be more willing to pay for your radio. This is a greedy backwards tactic they are running. When I had the email battle with Pandora only Elder-Son: Give it Back" was on my radio out of the 10 songs uploaded. Yes, I know there are a few that need to be re-done due to using old business plans that don't work for today. But there are some good ones. Besides "Flow to Go", "I've Seen Worse", "Get in Groove" & "No Game" my tunes are good to go. Four songs that need to be taken down and re-done. Out of the 10. Only 2 on Pandora? Something is wrong there. Not the only case of them being unfair on music publishing
