 I love samosa's and have them regularly. They are made with par pastry and rolled with a filling forming a triangle. They are then deep fried and made crispy.

The fillings vary but I like meat fillings like lamb mince ,beef and chicken. there are vegetarian options as well and a common one os potato and peas.

The fillings vary in spice strengths and I like mine fairly hot. i used to live in Durban which has a huge Indian community hence i know so much about samosa's.
