As a matter of fact, notification center is already here but it's not showing the upvotes you received rather only replies which you referred to
So I think that's partially solved and we need to wait some time before they implement the rest of notifications :)
Mobile app will mos def come but you need to understand, the things are pretty much beta here & it takes some time :)

Yes, true, notifications are here already, but for instance, your reply to my answer was not in the notifications list. Luckily I use Steemify, which alerted me.
But no worries, I understand the beta-part, and putting things in prioritization. ;-)
