If you maintain our body by going gym or doing regular exercise it make our body fresh.

When you feel depressed first of all put our mobile at little distance so we can't have a problem of depression and at that time directly call friends at our home and do gossip and also talk with your family members at the time of depression.

When you are depressed don't be sitting alone instead of that mixed with friends and start talking so you don't fill any depressed Once you are fit and fine the person will come to you and you don't fill lonely.
