Personally I stick to food and music.

I listen to alot of music, especially upbeat music and I listen to it loud. So I'll be tempted to let lose and dance more. I also eat good.

Music and food are both therapeutic for me and really do help me relax. You should try it.

I usually play online games or do movie marathon during weekends when im left alone at home. This way i keep myself busy and avoid getting bored that could lead to stress.

Everyone must have faced stress in life. Stress may be related to work, family, and others, it can also arise from the environment or from problems in life. Stress can interfere with emotional health. How to get rid of steres in my opinion, relax your body and enjoy a safe place, like the environment and so on. Relieve your stress in a few minutes, there is no exaggeration when resting.

After the stress is gone, open your eyes. Spend a few minutes to restore awareness to the surroundings, and continue your daily activities, this is my personal thing.
