Serve a variety of them, not just one or two and relish them yourself. Smile and remark about them. Put them in a dish they love. Macroni and cheese for instance. Broccoli can be included in that dish and most will eat it. If you yourself show your disgust, no matter how subtle, the children will pick up on that. So prepare and serve all kinds of vegetables and fruits and enjoy your meals together. Sitting down as a family at one table will help. When an adult will take more than one serving of vegetables a child will make a mental note subconsciously and all of these subtle hints will aid in the job of getting children to enjoy vegetables.
