Musing is a frontend to steem blockchain and more specifically All the question and answer you see here is comments and replies in a post that musing uses. If you follow the link steemit.com/@musing-threads you will find there posts with thousands of comments. Those comments are the actual Q&A that you see here.
Now steemit doesn't have a limitation on what ammount of posts you can make. but you have bandwidth allocations. I have 24 sp and my bandwidth allocation now is more than 32 mb. If I post something that has a size of 32 mb that will drain my posting ability and believe me its tough to drain it.
So the answer to you question is no and yes. They have a limitation but it will take you more than thousand question or more to max out.
There is no limit that how much question you are posting on a musing per day it is dependent on you that how the question is the main important thing about the musing is the only way we can share the idea of the given question and we have any question than we can share our question on musing and from that we can earn from it.
You can post most number of question in a musing because in musing there is no any limit to post question in musing because when we post question then only the people gives answer.
Musing.io is a best website in which we can dearn money from only answering the question. So there is no any limit to post question in a musing.io.

Earlier on right, I could not post any questions at all for at least five hours. Yesterday, I asked around 8 questions, I guess.
