Yes i was agree to children to learn academic is at the age of 14.This age Children mind work start correctly. They was understand to all things.In this age their mind are full concentrate in study.They are under by their parents.Doesn't effect their mind to out of pollution like girlfriend, roaming over and thier,alcoholic etc.
