RE: Musing Posts

This is quite a catchy question!

First, we must understand what being poor really means.

many people have the notion that poverty is the absence of required necessities. The definition though is wrong.  Poverty is not just that someone lacks the basic things of life. it goes beyond that.

Poverty is a deficiency of the mind. It is the inability of the mind to string up solutions to problems. It is a mindset that hasn't been configured to think up solutions and act on them.

Give a poor man ten thousand dollars today and in few weeks time, he will be back to your door asking for more help. What a poor man needs is information, it is paradigm shift.

Wealthy people are first rich at heart, in their minds before the wealth materializes.

If a man can think up solution to a common problem and take the initiative to provide the solution, he will be rich.

What even is wealth? It is the reward for providing solutions.  Men who can predict the turn out of events rarely beg for survival.

Wealth is the reward for right predictions.

So, in answer to your question, I will gladly take the money and walk down the poor and provide him with the means to have his mind transformed. He'll be happier for it!
