The support groups and discord communities i have joined!
For me, it's all about the friendship that I have with a lot of people. I don't get the upvotes that I want, but I know it's just a matter of time. I have also read how most of the whales started, it wasn't rosy at first. In fact, @surpassinggoogle didn't earn up to $1 on his introductory post, but look at where he is right now.
For me, I am not motivated to post on Steemit anymore and seldom do.
The low prices of steem and SBD is a large part of the reason, but there's also the reason of hardly getting upvotes or comments.
