No one can know for sure when the best time really is. What we do know is that the market is pretty low right now (compared to the all time high), but seems to be on the move to higher grounds again. However, no one know if it will rise soon, or go even lower. I think now is a good time to invest, but you should be aware that it might take a long time before you make any profit from the investment.
