I agree with @valth, no one knows if it's the best time...
At the end of 2017 bitcoin skyrocketed(20000$) and many people thought that they have missed the ride but now it is again back to 6500$ presenting an other opportunity for those who complained about missing the ride....
Best or not, it is a good time to invest in cryptos as market is bearish and we don't know when it is going to get bullish again...trend reversal are so fast is crypto world.
Better to act now than sorry forever!!!
