My fenugreek is now ready to be harvested. This year I started fenugreek at the beginning of February. The temperature in between was -5 degrees for a few days. I thought my fenugreek was going to die, but it survived without cover ... This year I learned something new that fenugreek is not harmed by the cold here. 🙂
