We have been looking for grasses that also grow well in the shade and become flat for a long time.
Now we found these plants here yesterday while walking through the woods. They would be almost perfect, also grew in the shade, flat and look pretty. I would like to have them under my fruit bushes.
In spring, the great chickweed transforms many forest edge paths into a sea of white flowers. In the garden, she would also like a place under trees, where she can reliably plant vacant spaces. The evergreen foliage and the long flowering period make it particularly valuable.
