Here's Why You Should Eat Mushrooms

They seem t have it all : low in calories, rich in nutrients , almost 0 fats, very little cholesterol and they are really tasty. Very rich in potassium, calcium , magnesium , phosphorus and iron . The rares source of vitamin D, making them really important in our immune system .
They are helping with:

Immune system - thanks to the ability of producing white blood cells, those being the vital protectors of our organism.

Diabetes- very low in carbohydrates helping people with diabetes keep normal blood sugar levels.

Cancer- they contain lectin and betaglucans famos for killing and preventing the grow of cancer cells. Also there's proven studies that in women, they lower the risk of breast cancer by 80 percent.

Heart- rich in protein , fiber and vitamin B, low in fat, they can control the cholesterol and fat levels in the blood , that way our heart stays healthy and protected.

Stay healthy, eat mushrooms!
