I found with the magnesium spray I bought .........

...........at the Markets several weeks ago that it has worked in easing my strained hamstring. I am thrilled that I found this spray at a stall six weeks ago because I was easing back on my lunges and leg work in yoga each day. Now after daily spraying of magnesium oil on the affected area along with magnesium tablets, one in the morning and one at night I can now honestly say that my discomfort has disappeared.

And not only that I found that the Magnesium Pro Sleep Lotion has a positive relaxed effect on the body helping sleep. This product is a cream, not a spray.

My research into magnesium has shown conclusively that it is a highly necessary mineral that the body needs to stay healthy and well. The health benefits are many, for example magnesium assists in keep blood pressure down, keeps the bones strong, helps with the nervous system, acts as an anti-inflammatory aid and even assists in helping with depression. I also read that as people age they need to take a lot more magnesium to help them remain strong in all these areas.source

While there are lots of good reasons to take a magnesium supplement it can also be consumed in a well balanced diet. Like, you will find magnesium in foods like almonds, boiled spinach, salmon, black beans, avocado and dark chocolate etc. The article I sourced has more food listed if you are interested.

I also found out from the helpful lady manning the stall at the Markets that there is specially formulated magnesium for little ones from babies to about 6 years old who are poor sleepers. All a parent needs to do is rub magnesium into their feet at bed night. I was given some sachets and at this stage do not need this product but it is a good bit of information for any parent whose baby is a restless sleeper.

The other product to buy when I go back to the Eumundi Markets on the Sunshine Coast is the Magnesium Recovery spray. It is specifically used for muscle injuries more serious than my little strained hamstring.

I do know that a friend sprays magnesium oil onto her tired legs at the end of the day. She says it works very well. This healthy natural medicine sure beats taking pain medication etc. and is very worthwhile to have in the cupboard for those times when the body is tired, stained or injured. I for one am sold on magnesium - both the tablets and the spray oils.

Stay well and healthy everyone

Cheers and Blessings
