The coconut is a fruit that is obtained from the coconut tree. This fruit is covered by a hard bark of green color when it is tender and brown when it reaches maturity. Inside this bark, it has a white pulp that, at first, is soft, but then becomes hard. Its flavor is very pleasant and in Venezuela it is very appreciated in the Creole sweets. Its properties and virtues are diverse, but in this opportunity I will dedicate myself to illustrate the various benefits of coconut water.
Coconut water refreshes and quenches thirst. Generally, I consume it after jogging for a while. This gives us potassium, magnesium, copper, iron and vitamins. Also, its consumption stimulates intestinal transit and prevents constipation. Its fat content is low, so it will not affect our cholesterol.
Likewise, its consumption can help prevent blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases. It can be effective to treat some diseases caused by fungi and bacteria. It also has antioxidant properties, so it will be ideal to revitalize our skin and hair, which makes it ideal for people with acne and dandruff problems.
To consume this water, you just have to place a tender coconut, remove the top part and then pour it into a glass, take it and you'll be enjoying its multiple benefits.
