I can stand in front of mirror and laugh at myself today because of my story above.
Isn't that what makes life interesting? The ups and downs bring it all together. Maybe it also makes us appreciate all the little things and at the same time make us want to do better.
This can go hand in hand with reminding us of how little is really under our control.
It is not how long you live, but how valuable have you made your life.
