#705 - Ilocos beach shots for today.

Happy weekend everyone! It's already Saturday morning here and don't have much to do. I might do the laundry later on today if there's no other things to do or if we are not going to the grocery. Yesterday morning I went to a gasoline station to have my service vehicle change oil. There were also other things that needs to be checked including the break. The mechanic had to resurface the break disks too which is necessary because of wear and tear. It cost almost $200 for the preventive maintenance service but it's worth it since it has been a while since the last PMS. My salary has been reduced a lot so I will have to save some for the coming holidays.

Anyways, for our daily shots we have here scenes from the black sand beach of Vigan during one afternoon right before the sunset. We got here in only about ten minutes from where we were staying for two nights. We still got ample time to take a dip and also take photos. We can see here that there are also other people on the beach while the sun is about to set.

Took also this photo of the wife while she walks on the shallow salt water while the sun is mildly covered by a thick clouds.

The wife and her friend chasing each other like kids on the shallow part. The waves here are small which is suitable for kids to play around unlike other beaches where the waves are strong.

Young people, teens that are local to this place are also here this afternoon together with their friends and they are all enjoying and fooling around the sands.

Just me going to the farther part of the sea but it is still shallow in that area and the waves are still mild. Definitely a great place for kids to enjoy.

I also sat on the black sands while observing the sunset. The clouds here are also scattered which is nice to look at.

Sitting on the sands also is fine without getting tumbledown because the wave is easy and not too strong as it bounce of your body.

The wife enjoying the place as if she was a kid once again. It was her idea to come to this place which is about eight hours of drive from the metro. We got three other people that joined us which are friends of her. They also shared with the expenses particularly the gas so it wasn't that hefty on the pocket.
