#762 - Chasing sunrise in Sagada.
Happy Wednesday evening beautiful Hiveans. I am back in the province where my parents are which is in Quirino. We just arrived before noon today and my youngest brother was preparing our lunch which is tilapia with soup and vegetables. My sister also cooked vegetables to pair it with. Her husband also came to visit my parents and he already left on a bus early this evening. We also had a dinner with milkfish some were roasted and some were cooked with soup in it.
For our daily shots we have here some captures when we went to the small town of Sagada for just an overnight. We went there with the purpose of seeing their waterfalls and also a sunrise. Here are the shots of the sunrise that we saw in a private property. If not mistaken the entrance fee was about fifty pesos per head and they have also a coffee for ten pesos that you can drink while watching the sun rise. So while we were enjoying our hot cup of coffee and waiting for the sun to come out we also took the opportunity to take pictures and it's our couple shots below. Thanks to Dandreb who joined us in this travel to also experience the Sagada town.
Here's Dandreb with the wife. The sea of clouds and fog just covering the mountains area and there's also a rice terraces below us.
It's the three of us, there's one more person that joined us during this trip but he wasn't able to come to witness the sunrise because he was tired during our first trek to the waterfalls of this town.
The rice fields below are ready to be planted once again, I believe they also have a season for planting rice here similar to Batad wherein they have to skip the cold seasons because the plants will not survive. The locals here are very industrious.
Finally, the moment we have been waiting for. The sunrise has appeared right in front of us. Many people came here to see the expectacle. With the cold temperature, a cup of now already cold coffee and a view like this one is a moment to remember.
