Fibonacci sequence in nature

Nature does incredible things

I spent a week in Florida, and I spent a lot of that time collecting shells with my kids. What a perfect time to teach them about the Fibonacci sequence. Nature creates some of the strongest and most durable shapes and materials. None more readily apparent than in the shells of snails, conch's, and various other shells. Enjoy these few amazing specimens I found.
