How to survive in the wilderness: The No-food challenge.

in #nature7 years ago

hello and welcome to my series on how to survive in the wilderness. I strongly recommend that you read my other posts too. In this part I am planning a trip where I will take my boat and visit an Island for three days and not bring any food, everything that I want to eat has to be found on the Island or in the ocean. In this post, I will mostly go through the rules of the challenge, if you want to try it yourself. This is not a hard-core survival test, but it requires knowledge on what you can eat, how to make a fire, and how to find a camp

Rules:
You are not allowed to bring any food except 5 grams of salt, 5 grams of pepper and 100 grams of oil. This oil is necessary to properly cook insects.

You are allowed to bring one pack of matches, a knife, a fishing rod, an ax and a saw. If you are not allowed to make fires, you are allowed to bring a Primus, and if you are not allowed to chop down the wood, you are allowed to bring log.

You can bring what you want of books, rope, bags, and clothing but everything must be placed in one backpack, that you are able to lift and walk with.

You can also bring a tent, a sleeping bag, etc. but as the other stuff, it has to fit in your bag.

You are allowed to bring water if the water where you live is toxic

That is the rules so far, please give this a like if you liked it, and comment if you have any questions or suggestions for rules I should add. Hope to see you all in the comment section!
