যতদূর চোখ যায়, সবুজ দিগন্তে যেন মন ছুয়ে. প্রকৃতির বুকে যেন এক সবুজ গালিছা, যেটা সবাইকে আকৃষ্ট করে। প্রকৃতি প্রশান্তির এক সোপান, এখানে এসে মানব মনকে সতেজ করে। যান্তিক জীবন যাদের মন কে ঘন কালো করেছে। তারা যদি প্রকৃতির নিবিড ছায়ায় আসে, তাদের মন সতেজ ও সুন্দর হয়। প্রকৃতিকে দুই ভাবে দেখে।শৈশব কালে এক ভাবে দখে এবং পরিনত বয়সে প্রকৃতিকে অন্য ভাবে দেখে। শৈশব প্রকৃতিকে খুব সহজ সরল ভাবে দেখে। তখন এদিকওদিক ছোটাছুটি করে।পুকুরে লাফ দিয়ে সাতার কাটে। অনেক মজা পায়। প্রকৃতির সতেজ হওয়া মনকে সতেজ করে। কিন্তু পরিনত বয়সে প্রকৃতির সেই সমূদ্রের ডেউয়ে মানুষের দুঃখের আওয়াজ শুনতে পায়। প্রকৃতির বাতাসে মানুষের মাঝে কষ্টের শব্দ শুনতে পায়। মানুষের কষ্টকে দূর করতে প্রকৃতির কাছে ফিরে আসা উচিৎ। প্রকৃতির কাছে আসলে মনের সকল বেদনা লাগব হয়।
