Hello guys you read it right it is named as fruit salad tree this does not mean that fruit salad grows naturally on this tree hope growing fruit salad on trees may be possible in future though but today our center of attention fruit salad tree gives different fruits on the same tree. That is the reason why it is called as fruit salad tree. The idea of this fruit salad tree was day dreamed back in the 1990s and this became possible due to advent of modern farming and gardening techniques and other techniques such as grafting.These trees are man made wonders of modern days you can see clearly in the pictures below of which two are the real and one is a illustration.
The nature is perfect in everything but we humans aren't. so, if we try to make anything similar to nature or better than nature we come across several imperfections such as the fruits grafted on these trees belongs to same family and do not expect the colorful harvest as shown in the picture as there lag between harvest season of different fruits are different and sometimes the harvest period may coincide and make tree look more beautiful but even after these drawbacks surely this tree is a monument of modern gardening which will never fail to amaze .
