This is not a surprise, thinking about the things that have happened the past few years and NOT just now, really scares me. Thankfully, nothing ever happened to my loved ones caused by nature yet.
This was drawn a few years ago when I was thinking about the passage of summer to autumn that used to be so smooth and comforting...and now that passage has vanished. That thought led me to this cute wonderful drawing on my thick traveling sketchbook.
Looking at this always makes me feel appreciated for the inspiration that I take from Nature..and sad for the harm that is made every year to her.
