You're looking at Lake Erie.
I was out running errands and one of my routes took me past the shore of Lake Erie.
I had to stop and get a record of the phenomenon. Not the best footage as I was trying not to fall in! But you get the idea.
Here is an amazing natural winter event for the south shore. Some of the peaks top out at 26 feet!
