Pros:
Big guard who can switch and guard small forwards
Chip on his shoulder looking to be a winner on a powerhouse team
Shoots 3's and catch and shoot pretty well at 40% last year (Career  37% 3 point shooter)
Confident
Gambles and plays the passing lines

Cons:
Tries to do too much (over dribbling and shoots very difficult shots)
Does not play on every single play like it is his last
Defense breakdowns (Duh, moments caught sleeping)
Overly confident
Off court distractions can easily get to him

I believe was a nice sign by the Warriors as Draymond Green recruited Swaggy on Instragram to join the Dubs. We all know this guy is a volume shooter who can get hot at any moment. He is also one who can't hit a side barn if he is cold. He would throw up shots that are insanely difficult which can make you scratch your head about, and just ask why buddy (you have 4 others on your team). His defense can be shaky at best. He has his own off the court issues when he was on Washington and 2 years ago when he was on the Lakers.

With that all being said, I know he is committed in trying to win with this group of Warriors. The coaching staff along with the group of guys on this roster, they will not take any of his crap as individual contributor you MUST buy into the DUB system. Nick Young will learn how to play team ball,  shoot when he is opened, and learn to make that extra pass. He is wonderful if he is not in the position to do too much (make plays for others and dribble too much) on the court.
