So he surrendered his guns at his red flag hearing. He can get them back in 6 months maybe if he can show he is mental stable. We had a protective order hearing yesterday if they give it to us, then he won't get them back in June, but could maybe get them back in December depends on how he behaves apparently. Can't make this crap up.
