What is NEO?
Neo previously known as Antshares, is a non-profite chinese Blockchain project based in shanghai. It's considered the chinese ethereum in the sense that it uses smart contracts to allow transmission and storage of data across the blockchain. It's seen incredible gains last year and will continue to grow.
