The Secret Order

I have set up a secret order.

They span across many professions, many skillsets, and can look in depth at what is happening using their combined efforts.

I did this because I need oversight too.

In the past I have attacked our finances with my artistry flair. A little sprinkle dust here, a little bit of awesomeness there!

I have both put in and taken out and put back in again.

And.. don't get me started on the mess of the services we pay for. It's jumbled, and most of the time I use my own money to pay for them..

I've also had to bring in good solid help to balance the books.

In times of growth, I really shine through. In times of hardship I have struggled.

Yet this has not been without it's lessons.

I have learned, watched, and prospered.

But now we are moving into a different cycle. One of intense prosperity.

This will be one where there are not just half-time eyes watching my every step but people that make a living out of bringing to the public the misdeeds of others.

We do not know what the future may hold.

My wife may die and I may try to destroy all that I have built.

The love that I have in my heart is in part because her and her family came along and showed me what real love was.

When that is not in my life anymore who knows how I will react.

I am fire. Fire burns. I'm not as relaxed as you may think I am.

So all of us will need protection. From the outside, from managers, from me, and from themselves.

This way I can be removed from office should I start to destroy rather than build.

The Secret Order will not only protect you from me, but it will also keep me on my toes.

You do not know who they are, and they will not tell you who they are.

Hive has long since suffered from nepotism, power play and politics. I have done my utmost to safeguard against that.

They are The Order of The Phoenix.

They will restore balance to hive. They will watch. Oh yes they will.

You will not know them by name but you will hear their echoes whispered through the halls.

Hive is no longer yours to bleed — the Order watches, and balance will be restored through flame.
