There are times when we do not feel comfortable and at ease while we are with our family, that is the moment when we ask ourselves:
What can I do to feel comfortable and at ease with my family?
Perhaps many can apply different strategies, however there is something that we can apply that makes us closer and comprenetarnos with each member of our family, is not something new and it may be that many of you have already applied it, simply we must share more with our families in several areas.
The first thing is to share individually with each member, this will give birth to new bonds of affection, when we share with each one separately we achieve that each member of our family does not feel isolated, but rather that everyone is being included by our intentions of rapprochement.
The other approach is to bring them all together and share things in common, whether it is a family lunch, a trip, the important thing in this case is that everyone is present, the anecdotes generated along with other gifts of affection will make everyone involved get closer to each other.
The detail that although we think may be insignificant, however small it may be, will bring us closer to our family and will make us feel an inner spiritual peace that at the same time translates into happiness mainly for us because we will know that there is unity in the family.
