I have been trying to building up a Singapore(local) community for Splinterlands in discord. I am very happy to see the local Splinterlands community keep growing. Recently, I organised a private tournament for them and all 12 slots are filled(even without the need for me to fill a slot).
Most of them dont even have 5k CP on their own.
And I have to say some of them are very talented in playing this game. Despite having more experience, I still find it hard to emerge champion in the previous private tournaments.
One of the most difficult challenge for SL(Splinterlands) newbies is to start earning DEC and building their card assets. At Novice or Bronze League, they cant even get any DEC from the daily chest.
Here is the probability of rewards you can get from chests.
As such, I try to support them by doing daily giveaways.
With 100 DEC, it is very possible to rent up to 15k CP and get into silver 3. With 2 daily chests and 50% chance to get cards, these rookies can constantly build their CP so eventually they can be self sufficient on their own.
During end of season, I also try to delegate my cards for free to the local community to get as many people to move up the leagues, so that they can get more chests from the end of the season.
So far, I can sense that the community is helping one another. They tends to share tips on which cards to rent, how to do 2 daily quests just from a day of renting, how to select a better team etc.
I do hope that the community can continue to grow, get more Singaporean to join in and who knows, maybe even can have a local Splinterlands gathering/celebration.

Wow sir, this is really great thing what you are doing 😊🎆🕺, these are the qualities of good person, helpful person and most important a good leader.
There are many good players from my country but no one thinks like this 😇. I am not playing my account anymore i hage rented my most of cards, I don't have that much and don't even have that much to invest 😅. So renting is ok of me i am getting 60 - 70 de. Day. If i would play with my account it would be not that easy 5o earn more then this according to my cp 😋.
I did try to buy cards with my rental dec.
And trying to increase my cp. Maybe in the future i will start playing again 😊🙏.
We do have guild od india on telegram , i am there too not in guild just in group. I did help new user there by providing hp to them. 🕺.
Most of the player's are really great there.

Glad that you like it. Actually I am similar too. I am renting out almost all my cards. As a result, I drop from diamond 1 to silver 1 due to lack of CPs and summoners. I am just giving back 10-30% of my earnings from renting back to the local community. 100DEC can meant a lot to these players.
Luckily, i manage to have a handful of chao leg packs. So now, at least I have chao cards to play with.
