All of us in society have anger, but we can't show our anger, and mostly we can express our anger in front of our family. But we should not let our anger reach above our heads and try to be calm. But, nowadays I can't make myself calm, and I am getting angry at very silly mistakes, and then my head is aching, and my eyes are red, because when I am not studying, my mother says to me that I don't study, and when I study till late nigh,t my mother says that don't study till late at night. So, what can we do?
I can tell you, my schedule is busy as my exams are approaching.
Firstly, I wake up at 8 am, which I know is very late, but you'll see and know about my schedule. Then, I bathe do puja, and get ready for school at 8:40 am and then I come back from school at 2:45 pm and then I eat my lunch and go to tution till 3 pm or 3:30 pm and I come back at 5 am, I go for playing outdoor around 5:15 pm and then I come home at 6:30 and do puja and eat snacks and then I sit for doing homework at 7 pm and then I edit my daily blog and post it till 8 pm and from then I start studing for exams till 12 am or 1 am,
I also take a dinner break in between, and the next day, the same school and busy life, except on Sunday. So, tell me what I can do? I am very angry and stressed about this. So, for today, this much only till further goodbye.
